Food supplement based on vitamins and minerals. Iron, magnesium and vitamins B2, B12 and C help reduce tiredness and fatigue and contribute to normal energy metabolism. Selenium, copper, vitamin B2, vitamin E and vitamin C contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage. Vitamins A, D and C contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal intellectual performance. Choline and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and to the normal transport of oxygen in the body. Vitamin C improves iron absorption. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus and to the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood coagulation. It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, together with breakfast. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
