It is caused mainly by poorly practiced manicures, nail biting or keeping hands wet for long periods of time. Excinail + cream prevents and treats cuticle infections. Excinail + cream acts on the fungi and bacteria that cause the problem, as it contains assets such as: Climbazol: fungistatic effect that prevents the growth of the fungus, destabilizing its structure Octopirox: fungicidal effect that penetrates the fungus and kills it.
