It is a product made from the seed oil of Evening Primrose (Oenothera biennis) that provides gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), an essential omega-6 fatty acid. Cold pressed without hexane or other solvents, these softgels contain 76 mg of biologically active GLA. Evening primrose oil is softgel compatible with cartilage and joint function, neuroendocrine and cognitive health, skin and connective tissue health, and helps maintain nerve function and coronary health It is recommended to take 1 softgel, 1 to 2 times daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
