Very aromatic and with a peculiar flavor close to the species from which it takes its name, this honey is valued for improving the health of the respiratory tract. Honey is a very energetic food, as it has a high sugar content, between 70 and 80. With 25% fewer calories than conventional sugar (sucrose) but more sweetening power It is recommended to eat or use according to the consumer's taste, combine it with your favorite dishes and desserts.
