Ideal for helping to modulate states of anxiety and stress, excellent in times of stress and nervousness and is a support in situations of sadness and apathy. It is recommended to take 1 capsule in the morning and another at night before going to bed, with the help of water. Recommended daily dose: 2 capsules. Its use is not recommended during breastfeeding. Do not take this dietary supplement if you have an allergy or intolerance to any of its ingredients. It should not be consumed by pregnant women, nor those undergoing treatment with antidepressants or with renal insufficiency.
