Ergyreg Immune System from Nutergia is a food supplement made up of lion's mane, cordyceps, boswellia serrata, vitamin C, D3 and Zinc that normally regulates the immune system. Ergyreg from Nutergia contains a series of ingredients whose properties are the following: Lion's mane: also known as Yamabusitake (Hericium erinaceus) contains beta-glucans to support defenses. Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis): among other functions, it has a stimulating action on the immune system. Boswellia : presents a powerful alogistic action. Vitamin D3: contributes to the absorption and normal use of calcium and phosphorus in our body. Vitamin C: acts as a cofactor in the correct absorption of beta-glucans. Zinc: is one of the fundamental minerals for the immune system. Manganese: is a mineral that contributes to the maintenance of bones under normal conditions. Ergyreg supports the immune system, reduces tendencies to overreact (allergies, skin problems, food intolerances, etc.) and supports the intestinal mucosa. It is recommended to take 2 to 4 capsules a day, outside of meals. Excessive consumption of Ergyreg may have laxative effects.
