Ergydren from Nutergia is a food supplement composed of meadowsweet, artichoke, currant, linden and trace elements, an association of plants recognized for stimulating renal and/or hepatic elimination functions, which allow drainage of the body. Trace elements of marine origin complete the formula, in particular chromium, which helps maintain blood sugar levels. This liquid formulation has a draining effect, and is indicated in the following situations: Spring cure, or in changes of season or in case of water retention, cellulite or toxin overload. It is recommended to take 10 to 20 ml daily, diluted in 1/2 glass of water (75 ml). Repeat the dose if necessary. A slight cloudy appearance is normal; shake well before taking. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
