Its function is to facilitate the digestion of fats and even eliminate digestive discomfort after a large meal. Inhibitory action of excessive secretion of hydrochloric acid. Promotes the secretion of bile. It causes slightly diuretic and laxative effects. The administration of its active ingredient decreases sugar in the urine of diabetics.
