It is a formula that contains high levels of omega-3 that are presented in optimal proportions (2:1). Sura Vitasan's EPA-Omega-3 is made with oil obtained from wild sardines and anchovies through molecular distillation. This purification method ensures that the resulting oil is pharmaceutical grade and free of environmental contaminants. To fully benefit from EPA-Omega-3, Sura Vitasan recommends a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. This will be sufficient to improve memory and skin quality, as well as prevent possible eye conditions.
