The Enzi Master from GSN is a food supplement obtained from the Aspergillus fungus and has a recognized action to break the Proline bonds, making the amino acid chains of Gluten smaller and therefore easier to digest. This product is complemented with a multi-enzymatic with a synergistic digestive action on: Proteins, Lactose, Carbohydrates, Fats and Fibers. Gliadin, a protein component of gluten, is especially rich in the amino acid Proline, which is integrated as a link in the extensive amino acid chains of gluten. People with gluten sensitivity find it difficult for their bodies to break the Proline bonds to digest these long chains and thus facilitate the assimilation of their amino acids. This difficulty can translate into intestinal discomfort. This sensitivity is different in celiacs, since in this case they must refrain from consuming products that contain gluten.
