Tiger nuts are small tubers that made up 80% of our ancestors' paleo diet, around two million years ago. This ancient superfood comes from North Africa and the Mediterranean region. Tiger nuts contain a very resistant starch, a prebiotic fiber that resists digestion and becomes fuel for our probiotic bacteria. About 100g of this product contains 45% of the recommended daily fiber. You can also use this delicious snack in mueslis, salads and anything else your imagination suggests.
