Reishi is a mushroom that can help reduce tiredness and fatigue, as well as improve overall well-being. Ancient cultures in China, Japan, and other Asian countries have historically used the Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum) to promote health and longevity. It is a powerful natural antioxidant that helps reduce physical and mental stress, improving mood and increasing energy. Made with 600 mg of concentrated 20:1 natural extract of Organic Reishi, equivalent to 12,000 mg of Reishi mushroom. Each capsule provides 300 mg of polysaccharides, 120 mg of beta-glucans, and 12 mg of triterpenes. The advantage of the extract over the powder is not only the higher amount of Reishi per capsule, but also the higher concentration of bioactive substances. For the same reason, Zenement chose an extract derived from the Reishi fruiting body, as it is the main source of these bioactive substances. It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day.
