Bionsan Eco malted barley syrup is obtained from the decomposition of barley starch. Made up almost exclusively of simple carbohydrates, especially glucose, which are very easily absorbed. It will have a caramelized flavor thanks to the barley malt that is obtained by roasting this cereal. This Malted Barley Syrup is obtained from the barley grain. It does not contain additives or colorants. It has a high amount of fiber and protein, as well as calcium, phosphorus and potassium. It is highly recommended for children of growing age and people with heart or nervous system problems. Ideal for sweetening desserts, foods or drinks and yogurts... Contains gluten.
