Duo of Quinoa 500 g

Primeal's Quinoa Duo is a colorful blend of 2 varieties of quinoa, a source of protein and fiber. Seed from the Chenopodiaceae family (like spinach) assimilated to a cereal by its nutritional composition. Quinoa offers a high content of very well balanced proteins. Red quinoa is a different variety from white quinoa, just as old. Spontaneously it grows in small quantities in the fields of Réal quinoa and until now, we have removed it from our harvests to obtain a uniformly white-cream colored seed. Today red quinoa is the subject of a specific culture; its red color is located on the husk of the grain and the almond is white. It is advisable to rinse and cook 1 volume of quinoa duo in 2 volumes of covered water for 12 to 15 minutes, then salt. Store in a dry, temperate place away from light
