Description

Dehydrated konjac paste. More konjac and less unpleasant smell than hydrated konjac paste. It is recommended to cook in boiling water for 7 minutes and drain and rinse well under hot running water. Season to taste or use plain shirataki. Use a saltier sauce than usual, because Zen Shirataki Pasta does not absorb salt. 250 g of dried shirataki corresponds to 730 g of rehydrated product.
