The dehydrated glucose is a natural thickener used in baking, for example to improve the shelf life of ice cream. It also helps to thicken as toppings and icings for cakes or chocolates to keep the softness. Dehydrated glucose from corn starch - May contain traces of nuts, gluten, eggs, milk, sesame, cereals and derivatives. Syrup glugose dried resealable bag of 500 g. Dosage: 4 % to 10 % of the total weight. Made in France.
