Wash and clean nose with soap and water, dry thoroughly. Make sure nose is free of creams, oils and makeup. Remove liner and avoid touching adhesive. Center nasal strip on nose as shown in picture. Press and rub outward to the ends of the strip to ensure complete adhesion. Hold for 30 seconds. The nasal strip is positioned correctly if the rounded tab is centered on the bridge of the nose. The flexible part of the nasal strip should rest just above the nostrils. To remove: wet the nasal strip with warm water. Gently lift both ends and slowly remove to minimize risk of injury.
