IngredientsIn daily serving (1 capsule) Vitamin K2 Mk-7 (from MenaQ7)100 mcg DIRECTIONS FOR USE: 1 capsule daily with a meal. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Be careful when using this product if you are taking blood-thinning medications (e.g. warfarin).
