Yogi Tea Digestion is an infusion inspired by the culinary art of Indian women. They create, as if by magic, wonderful mixtures of spices (masalas), with that characteristic flavor and smell. We have created a tasty infusion of spices and Ayurvedic herbs with cardamom, fennel, ginger and coriander, complemented by licorice, peppermint and a pinch of black pepper. The essence of this infusion is: "Comforting". Cardamom can be used in many dishes, from a spicy curry to aromatic Christmas cakes. Fennel is part of the Apiaceae family and has been appreciated around the globe for millennia for its intense aroma. It originally comes from the Mediterranean and its sweet-tasty flavor is reminiscent of anise. The bulbous ginger is one of the most popular species in the world. For millennia they have been cultivated in the tropical heat of East Asia and it gives many infusions their spicy, aromatic and tasty flavor. Barley belongs to the grass family and is indigenous to the Near East and the eastern Balkans. For a long time the only known sweetener was malted barley, with a pleasant malty flavor and a slight hint of caramel. Black pepper originally comes from the coast of Malabar and has an intense spicy flavor that is slightly spicy to hot. Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water over the bag and leave for 5 to 6 minutes.
