Ashwagandha (withania) helps maintain a normal state of relaxation and vitality, helping to preserve physical and emotional well-being. It is recommended to take one 10 ml dose (one tablespoon) three times a day, preferably before meals. You can take it directly or dilute the indicated amount in a glass of water or other liquid.
