Description

It is native to the southern regions of Africa and gets its name from the hooks that cover its fruit. It has been used traditionally by African tribal peoples and more recently by Europeans and North Americans. Devil's claw is abundant in natural bioactive compounds including harpagosides, phytosterols, phenolic acids, and flavonoids (kaempferol). Some studies suggest that these compounds may help maintain joint comfort through their ability to promote a healthy response to typical everyday joint stress. It is recommended to take 2 capsules 2 to 3 times a day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
