Porto Muiños Dehydrated Sea Salad is a mixture of three seaweeds with different flavours. The fine, cartilaginous texture of the sea lettuce and nori combines with the slightly crunchy texture of the wakame. Organic seaweed harvested by hand, dehydrated and packaged. Ready to hydrate and use in the kitchen in everyday or innovative recipes. They are a versatile ingredient that can be combined with all kinds of dishes. It is recommended to eat it in soups, creams, croquettes, scrambled eggs, stews and empanadas. As a garnish for fish or seafood dishes. As an ingredient in rice or pasta dishes. For the hydration process: Immerse in water for 5 minutes. Change the water and keep soaking for 5 minutes. When hydrated, it increases 6 times its dry weight.
