Blanxart's 93% Congo Eco dark chocolate, collected in the Mountains of the Moon, in the tropical Congo basin. Specialty with a high percentage of cocoa, without added sugars or sweeteners, intense but with aromatic personality. Organic, vegan and gluten-free chocolate. Made with Forastero variety cocoa. To enjoy the entire personality of this tablet, we suggest this tasting order: Observe its color and brightness. Smell and detect the first nuances. Break it open and hear a clean crack. Taste it and identify the aromas in full. May contain traces of nuts, milk and soy. It is recommended to store in a cool, dry place, between 15 and 18ºC.
