Nutrisport Creatine is a safe and scientifically proven dietary supplement based on Creapure creatine monohydrate that meets the needs of individuals. Creatine is a non-protein nitrogenous organic compound found primarily in muscle, where it combines with the phosphate group to form phosphocreatine, which serves as a high-energy phosphate storage form necessary for muscle contraction. - Reduces muscle fatigue. - Increases performance and speeds recovery. It is recommended to dissolve half a scoop (5 g) in 100 ml of water, juice, or protein shake. During the loading phase : take 20 g divided into 4 doses, for 5 days. During the maintenance phase : take 3 or 5 g after exercise. Continue for 7 weeks, then rest for 1 month. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
