Creafast by Named Sport is a food supplement in gastro-resistant tablets based on creatine monohydrate, characterized by a patented biphasic formula that allows for a prolonged chrono-release of creatine. The formula consists of the physical mixture of two properly calibrated components: Quick Release Component: Creatine Monohydrate The slow release component: creatine monohydrate supported on magnesium hydroxide [Mg (OH) 2]. Thanks to this optimization and improved performance of active intestinal and muscle transporters, CreaFast® transports the entire amount of creatine to skeletal muscle cells. In this way, an increase in muscle creatine reserves is achieved, using a lesser amount than required with traditional forms of creatine. It is recommended, depending on your needs: take 3 tablets daily in a single dose, for a total of 3 g of creatine, or take one dose, corresponding to 2 tablets, three times a day at 6-hour intervals for a total of 6 g of creatine. In the latter case, do not exceed a 30-day intake period. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
