Description

Bramata corn flour from La Finestra Sul Cielo is instant to prepare polenta, wholemeal to prepare desserts and traditional recipes. It is recommended to use 4 liters of water and two tablespoons of coarse salt for 1 kg of flour. Add the cold salt and before boiling the water, pour the flour, taking care to mix quickly to avoid the formation of lumps. When cooked (about 40 minutes) pour the polenta on a wooden cutting board.
