Phytosterols and phytostanols contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum daily intake of 0.8 g of phytosterols or phytostanols. Thiamine (Vitamin B1) contributes to the normal functioning of the heart. Take 1 stick per day with one of the main meals. Not recommended to take on an empty stomach.
