Complidermol 5 A presents a complete formulation specially studied to correct deficiencies in essential elements that can affect the correct metabolism of hair and nails. Hair and nails act as protection against cold and physical aggressions as well as having a fundamental aesthetic role. It is recommended to take 1 or 2 capsules daily for at least two months. The capsules should preferably be swallowed whole and with plenty of liquid. To facilitate swallowing, they can also be opened and the contents poured into a small amount of liquid, such as fruit juice, stirring until dispersed. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
