Description

Ressorts de Priméal is a traditional recipe for this fancy dough. The whole dough, which is more golden in color, provides more fiber and seduces with the flavor of the unrefined wheat grain. Its texture is firm. It is recommended to throw the springs in a large volume of boiling salted water, cook for 7 minutes for "al dente" cooking and 9 minutes for melting cooking. Drain and taste these hot pastas simply with a drizzle of olive oil or with a sauce of your choice. May contain traces of soy. Store in a cool, dry place, away from light
