Parsley is an aromatic herb with a very pronounced flavor, making it the perfect condiment for cooking and one of the most widely used. Its roots, stems, and leaves can be consumed. Growing parsley is easy and can be done year-round, although spring planting is recommended. It can be grown indoors as it tolerates semi-shade well. However, keep in mind that light is necessary for good growth. Parsley is an aromatic plant that requires regular watering. For growing in a pot, a minimum of 2L of substrate is required. Harvesting can be done continuously, which also helps promote growth. During this first phase of growth, the flavor of the leaves is more intense than during the flowering period. It is recommended to soak the seeds before sowing to help germination.
