Constant temperature system uses a builtin probe to maintain stability by automatically cycling heating on and off as needed. Durable stainless steel construction, easy to clean and maintain, with reliable performance in busy environments. Practical use scenarios: In a caf or bakery, melt milk or cream in one pot while chocolate melts in the other for ganache, sauces, and toppings. In a chocolate , temper and hold chocolate at a steady temperature while preparing sauces or fillings. At catering events, keep sauces and ganache warm and ready for serving without babysitting the pot.
