Coffee + Barley - Per Moka by Probios is a fair trade coffee, coming from a community of native Indians in Sierra Nevada, Santa Marta in Colombia. The farmers receive a fixed and fair price and thanks to this project the spiritual and cultural heritage of their tribe is enhanced. Coffee is mixed with barley to reduce the caffeine content and make the taste more delicate. It is used like a normal mocha coffee. We recommend that you fill the filter 1/3 full.   Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat sources.
