Dr. Goerg's Premium Organic Coconut Sugar Syrup is made from coconut blossom nectar, extracted daily from the coconut trees of Filipino farmers. The nectar is carefully processed and thickened over a flame with constant manual stirring. This produces the vegan coconut blossom syrup, which is characterized by its balanced sweetness and soft caramel note. It can be used in a variety of ways, both in the kitchen and in the cocktail bar: creativity is the only requirement Ideal for sweetening and preparing beverages and foods such as tea, smoothies, cocktails, salad dressings, sauces and soups, desserts, cakes, and oatmeal. Due to the production method used, this product is not suitable for raw diets.
