Le soja à texture grossière d'Int-Salim est un aliment similaire à la viande hachée, il est déshydraté, il faut donc hydrater le soja dans l'eau avant de l'utiliser pour qu'il adopte une consistance douce et poreuse semblable à celle de la viande. Il est recommandé d’ajouter une part de soja texturé à deux parts d’eau. Pétrissez jusqu'à obtenir une pâte compacte. Laissez reposer quelques minutes et faites revenir légèrement. Peut contenir des traces de fruits à coque, de sésame et de céréales contenant du gluten. Conservez dans un endroit frais et sec.
