Cinnamon is obtained from the bark of the Southeast Asian cinnamon, has a sweet-aromatic taste and contains valuable essential oils. Cardamom has been one of the most popular species in the entire Asian and Arab area for millennia. Ginger is one of the most popular species in the world. For millennia they have been cultivated in the tropical heat of East Asia and it gives many infusions their spicy, aromatic and tasty flavor. Cloves are part of the myrtaceae and have an intense flavorful aroma. Black pepper originally comes from the Malabar coast and has an intense, slightly spicy flavor.
