O sal iodado Ciao da Aromandise é uma mistura de sementes de gergelim torradas, algas Wakame e algas Atlantic kombu, para um condimento iodado que substitui o sabor e o efeito hedônico do sal. Ciao le Sel , são quatro versões de condimentos de mesa destinados a estimular os receptores do sabor salgado, jogando com os sabores olfativos e gustativos. Uma sinergia de aromáticos com propriedades escolhidas para: substituir certos efeitos do sal (intensificador de sabor), responder a uma necessidade de satisfação de sabor substituindo aqueles fornecidos pelo sal; alimentos que têm sabor apetitoso, oferecem um efeito agradável na boca): Umami e Kokumi; odor: fração volátil de óleos essenciais, efeitos sensoriais pungentes (pimenta, pimenta, páprica) e amplificam o sabor salgado presente em pequenas quantidades: Umami e Kokumi, cheiros identificados pelo cérebro como os de alimentos salgados (ex: o original pizza).
