Description

Chitosan is a food supplement made from chitosan fiber, plum and vitamin C. It will help you avoid the absorption of a large part of the fat present in the stomach and facilitate its excretion. Chitosan is a fiber that originates from the shells of some marine crustaceans such as crabs and prawns. This fiber cannot be absorbed by the body, but when it reaches the intestine, it forms a film that interacts with dietary fats, preventing their absorption. On the other hand, the fiber of the plum provides a feeling of satiety that helps to better carry the diet. Take 3 capsules a day, 2 capsules after lunch and 1 capsule after dinner, taken with plenty of water. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children. Excessive consumption may cause intestinal discomfort. Avoid consumption with medications and other fiber-based food supplements. Dry and cool environments.
