Chitosan 30 capsules of 470mg

Chitosan is a fiber that, once it reaches the stomach, is neither digested nor absorbed, and that, being in an acidic environment, traps the lipids that pass through the stomach and eliminates them through the feces. Each gram of chitosan absorbs a part of fat, specifically eight grams. Indicated as an adjunct in weight control diets. It also helps reduce the level of lipoproteins as it absorbs and expels bile acids. It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day, 2 capsules after lunch and 1 capsule after dinner, taken with plenty of water. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, or for a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. It is important to follow a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can cause intestinal discomfort. Avoid consumption along with medications and other fiber-based supplements. Store in a cool and dry environment.
