Description

By cooking chicken carcasses for 20 hours, chicken bone broth is rich in nutrients such as amino acids, collagen, and contains many natural proteins. Bones from organic chickens raised in the wild by farmers such as Sebastian Kettenberger, who practice sustainable agriculture, are used to make it. At the self-sufficient Biohof Kettenberg farm, Sebastian Kettenberger grows chicken feed himself. As the base for our chicken bone broth, we use a homemade vegetable soup with lots of fresh vegetables, which we mainly source from the Chiemgau region of southern Bavaria, where we also produce. It tastes delicious, like a long-cooking chicken broth or chicken soup; but also, it contains the nutrients of chicken carcasses. How do you use chicken bone broth?
