Naturcesta chia seeds are ideal for people who suffer from constipation problems, as the fibre they contain helps intestinal transit. In addition, they are also suitable for people who need an extra daily intake of calcium. It is a 100% natural product, with a high content of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. It also has a high content of Omega 3 fatty acids. According to the Novel Foods Registry for use in bread with a maximum of 5%. It can also be consumed in baked goods, breakfast cereals, nuts and seed mixes in quantities not exceeding 15 g/day. They can be ground and added to salads, creams, soups, etc. They can also be added to milk, vegetable drinks or juices and left to soak. After 20-30 minutes the seeds will have absorbed the liquid and we will have a pudding. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 15 g/day. May contain traces of gluten, sesame, soy and nuts.
