Chia seeds 150 g

Seeds produced from the South American plant Salvia Hispanica, obtained through raw processing. These seeds, obtained from Salvia hispanica, very widespread and used in Central and South America, have nutritional properties already known to the pre-Columbian civilizations of Central and South America and together with corn, beans and amaranth were the basis of the diet of populations such as the Aztec one. Their calcium content is generous, making chia seeds one of the main plant sources of this mineral, and the particularly balanced presence of essential omega3 and omega6 fatty acids. Chia seeds are naturally rich in essential amino acids, including methionine, cysteine and lysine, and in antioxidants, present within them in quantities 4 times higher than blueberries. Chia seeds are believed to be able to perform an action energy, blood glucose and blood pressure control and body weight. It is recommended to use to enrich soups, soups, muesli, baked goods. Excellent food supplement in the maximum dose of 15g per day. Keep in a cool and dry place. Duration 6 months.
