The apple is very sweet, ideal to introduce the first berries in the baby's diet. On the pear, and like the apple, it is one of the foods that generates the least food allergies, which is why it is recommended to be one of the first fruits to introduce in children's nutrition. It is recommended to open the bottle, stir with a spoon before consuming. Do not add sugar. Once opened, keep it in the refrigerator and consume it in a maximum of 24 hours.
