Marnys Multivitamin Cebida is a multi vitamin preparation that contains the water-soluble vitamins of the b complex (b1, b3, b6) and vitamin c, and the fat-soluble vitamins a, d and e. The combination of them gives rise to the name of the product. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and iron metabolism. It also participates in the process of cell differentiation. Thiamine (vitamin B1) contributes to normal psychological function. Niacin (vitamin B3) contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, reducing tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen in bones, cartilage, gums, skin, teeth and blood vessels. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilization of calcium and phosphorus and to normal blood calcium levels. Vitamin D is necessary for normal bone growth and development in children, and contributes to the maintenance of normal teeth. The recommended daily dosage by age is: 4-6 years: 14 drops (0.5 ml) 7-9 years: 18 drops over 10 years: 28 drops (1 ml) Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children.
