Manduca is a new 100% plant-based food. It is made only from the carob seed, with a simple and natural process. The carob tree grows endemically throughout the Mediterranean basin, does not require irrigation, fertilization, or fumigation, is hand-harvested, and its cultivation is ancestrally linked to the agricultural culture of the Mediterranean. It contains more than 60% protein. Manduca is a dehydrated granulated food ready to cook. You just have to rehydrate it with water and add it to any recipe, perfectly replacing minced meat. It has a neutral taste: it absorbs the flavor of the preparations to which it is added. Hydrate for one hour and add in the final cooking phase of the recipe. Let the preparation rest for a few minutes so that Manduca absorbs the flavors.
