Celnat Buckwheat Flakes are a nutritious grain, rich in protein and magnesium. Warming, it is recommended in winter. Buckwheat is a very digestible cereal. Nutritionally, buckwheat is superior to most other grains and is a powerful remineralizer. It is recommended to take 4 tsp. to s. per person and cook for 5 minutes in 100 ml of boiling water. Let swell off the heat for 2 minutes. Otherwise, directly incorporate your flakes into your salty or sweet recipe preparations such as gratins, soups, vegetable patties, donuts, cakes, cookies, breads. Contains traces of gluten, soy, nuts and sesame. Store in a cool, dry place.
