Solaray Bromelain is a blend of protein-digesting enzymes derived from the stem, fruit, and juice of the pineapple plant. It can hydrolyze or break down a variety of protein types in both acidic and alkaline environments. Solaray Bromelain helps reduce swelling and redness, relieves sinus discomfort, normalizes indigestion and heartburn. It has recently been observed that at high doses it can inhibit the production of certain prostaglandins, helping joint and muscle well-being without acidity, habituation. It is recommended to take two capsules a day, preferably outside of meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep the product out of the reach of smaller children. Store in a cool and dry place. Do not consume if the security seal is broken or in poor condition.
