Lamberts Bromelain is a natural extract with a high level of enzymatic activity from the stem of fresh pineapple. Bromelain is probably best known for its use as a digestive aid, especially to facilitate the digestion of foods high in protein and fat. Bromelain can work well if taken together with glucosamine. It is recommended to take 3 tablets (1 between meals) if taken with Glucosamine or Turmeric, for 1 week. Subsequently, for maintenance, you can take 1 tablet daily for 3 to 6 months. As a digestive supplement, take 1 tablet before each main meal, up to a maximum of 3 per day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Store in a cool, dry place protected from light.
