TRADITIONAL SICILIAN BOX. CONTENTS: Pack of 500 gr BUSIATE TRAPANESI pasta, an Aubergine Bruschetta - a ready-to-use sauce. RECIPE for a TRADITIONAL SICILIAN FIRST COURSE: boil the water for the pasta in a pot. In the meantime, cut a few slices of bread (preferably homemade). Open the aubergine bruschetta and pour it directly onto the bread. In the meantime, the water has come to a full boil, salt with coarse salt and pour the BUSIATE. Open a bottle of sauce and heat it in a pan or microwave. The sauce is ready to be used. Drain the pasta after 7/8 minutes to have them al dente and mix it with the sauce. Add extra virgin olive oil. Lunch ready enjoy. The box allows you to easily serve 3/4 people.
