This is the definitive guidebook covering the Borrowdale area in the northern part of the Lake District near Keswick. The guidebook describes the traditional rock climbing and bouldering in the Borrowdale area and covers all the major crags. These include accessible roadside climbing on crags such as Reecastle, the ever popular Shepherd's Crag, Quayfoot Buttress and the Bowderstone area. There are also classic mountain venues like Gillercomb and Raven Crag, plus the remote Combe Gill. This Borrowdale guidebook has been fully revised with all the routes shown on colour photo topos along with a description. Each area has clear OS based location maps with extra photo diagrams for the more remote and complex areas of Seathwaite buttresses, Combe Gill and Langstrath.
