Adults 18 years and older: Dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue at symptom onset, repeat every 15 minutes for 3 more doses, then every hour until symptoms improve. Relieves pain from joint inflammation and overexertion, wrist pain, joint pain worsened by movement or touch, sensitivity to pain, and pain triggered by damp weather. Contains arnica montana, benzoicum acidum, bryonia, chamomilla, dulcamara, kali iodatum, pulsatilla, rhododendron chrysanthum, and rhus tox. Inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, lactose, magnesium stearate. Ask a doctor before use in children under 18, if symptoms persist or worsen, or if new symptoms occur. Keep out of reach of children. Store at 20-25 C.
